How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a conversation. You tell us what is happening and we ask questions. We then look at the problem, explain what we find and give a written quote before work starts. The quote sets out the work and the price, so there are no surprises.
If something unexpected turns up once a wall, floor or drain is opened, we stop and talk to you before going further. We protect floors, work tidily and clear up when we finish. When a job needs a specialist, such as a Gas Safe registered engineer for gas appliances, we say so and do not pretend otherwise.
